Cromo-Stulln® UD
Composition :
1 ml of solution contains : active pharmaceutical ingredient : Sodium cromoglicate 20.0 mg. Other ingredients: Hypromellose, water.
Indications and usage:
Allergic conjuctivitis.
Contraindications:
Cromo-Stulln UD may not be applied to patients who show hypersensitivity to sodium cromoglicate or any other ingredients in this preparation.
Warning:
Under suspicion of an allergic reaction against Cromo-Stulln UD a re-exposure is to be avoided.
What should you observe during pregnancy and when nursing?
There are no teratogenic effects of Cromo-Stulln UD available both from animal studies and from previous experiences at humans. Nevertheless Cromo-Stulln UD should be used during pregnancy only after careful use-risk-consideration.
Side-effects:
Sometimes local reactions of hypersensitivity, eye burning, foreign-body sensation, chemosis and hyperemia occur.
Warnings: Contact lenses basically may not be worn when suffering of allergic conjunctivitis. In expeptional cases, where the physican permits the use of contact lenses, they must be removed before application of these eye drops and may be reinstered after a minimum of 15 minutes.
